Great property with great amenities with great office staff

Amazing staff, the community is just amazing. I would recommend the stay.

Very nice apartments to live in very quiet very nice neighbors. I’ve been here for about six months now and I like it a lot very close commute to various stores and tip town marketplace.

Overall a nice community. They offer AMAZING deals on their apartments. :) And Tarra in the office is MY FAV!

I love the Emerson Apartments. The staff members are very nice and courteous, and my neighbors are very quiet and respectful towards each other in this community! I like here…. Thank y’all very much for being Great miniatures….

We're freshly moved in this week and very glad we made the decision to go with Emerson Square. We've got great amenities that we've never had before as renters (pool, laundry facilities, access to a bus line only 10 minutes from my job). We 'd also like to give a shout out Terra, our consultant with Emerson Apartments. She's been responsive to all of our needs and concerns and helped us though a difficult time moving across country. Our neighbors have all been friendly. The location on McClintock is close to numerous options for food, drink, supplies, and more. Looking forward to out time here.

Emerson Square is a great place to call home , its in quite neighborhood maintenance is on point , and office staff is always friendly i highly recommend checking out this complex if you plan on moving to Tempe area

I’ve been living at Emerson Square Apartments for a while now, and it’s been a great experience. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which makes it easy to feel right at home. The location is convenient, with stores, restaurants, and public transportation close by, but it’s still peaceful and away from heavy traffic noise. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and professional — any concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly and with a friendly attitude. The apartment itself is spacious with a nice layout, and I love how much natural light it gets. Overall, Emerson Square is a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to live. I’m glad I chose to make it my home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community.

I have shout out for Terra. I have been an apartment locator for 12 years. She is a breath of fresh air in this industry. She is so energetic, knowledgeable, cares about her customers and obviously takes her job very seriously. Terra has an amazing attitude. I love working with her!!!!!!!
