Emerson is a great place to live. Staff is friendly & helpful. Maintenance issues are taken care of rapidly. The property is clean, quiet & well maintained. Very dog friendly. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is due to the Laundry Facilities. The Laundry room is operated by a 3rd party vendor. Machines are terrible. Regardless of the amount detergent & fabric fragrance used, clothes don't get properly clean. They NEVER HAVE A CLEAN LAUNDRY SMELL.! Calls to the vendor company render no results. None of the washers wring clothes properly & choosing a dryer is a frustrating game of roulette to get a working dryer that also gets hot. Laundry aside, Emerson Square is a clean quiet place for single people as as well as families to live.

I lived here for two years and never had any problems. They keep the property clean, it’s safe and everyone is nice. Jessica and Terra are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Jessica, thank you! The apartments are clean, had great amenities, and rarely any bugs(az has bugs). In all the places I’ve lived I’ve never had a maintenance man like Buzz. He always waves and says hi to everyone. He is quick, informative and very helpful. I’m extremely allergic to bees/pregnant and had a bee problem. He was there within minutes and took time to check in throughout the day the make sure I was okay. This man deserves a raise and a lot of appreciation for everything he does. Great little home:)

I have been living at Emerson Square for 12 months, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The management, led by the incredibly dedicated and helpful Jessica, is top-notch. Jessica goes above and beyond to ensure that all residents feel heard and supported, making her one of the most outstanding managers I've ever encountered. The maintenance team, including the ever-reliable Buzz and his colleagues, is quick to respond and efficient in addressing any issues that arise. Buzz, in particular, has been a lifesaver, always appearing promptly when needed and ensuring that repairs are completed to the highest standards. Another standout is Marty, who brings a friendly and upbeat attitude to the community. I recently learned that Marty is a self-appointed environmental engineer, and it's inspiring to see him walking around picking up trash and raking rocks to keep our surroundings pristine. His dedication to maintaining a clean and beautiful environment is truly commendable. Overall, Emerson Square offers a wonderful living experience with a caring management team and a responsive maintenance crew. I dropped in for information on the spur of the moment. Even without an appointment Jessica and Terra were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Terra took the time to give me a tour of two different units, even though I am only at the planning stages of a retirement to Arizona to be close to the grand kids. She was so helpful and gave me a lot of useful info! The apartments were clean, homey, had great amenities, beautiful grounds, and I couldn't find a single bug (and I looked!). Also met a handyman/maintenance staff Casey (KC?) friendly, professional, and industrious. I think this would be a great place to live.

I had the best experience ever when applying with Emerson square. Larohn was very professional and had great communication skills during the application process and got it done fast.. The apartment are quiet and very nice looking. My 2 bedroom and 2 bath is very spacious and everything is new in there! Jessica the apartment manager was freaking awesome after I got the key she came and made sure the apartment will work for me and my children. This has been the best experience out of all the apartments I have ever applied for and lived in.

I love this place. The apartments are cozy and comfortable to live in, the community is gated and secure, and the fact that there is a bus station right outside is just a cherry on the top. Omnia on the 8th is in a prime location, it is close to the university, the best fast food places and a park. Talking about the management team, they are very helpful. I would like to specially mention Emily and Mercedes who make sure that all queries are solved quickly and as efficiently as possible, not to forget Johnny and Cecile who are ready to work overtime and do maintenance to make sure that the residents are comfortable.

We absolutely love Charity. We had an issue (our fault) with our move in date and she did everything she could to get us settled. Additionally we had a bug problem when we first moved in due to older tenants, but she immediatley got us scheduled for pest control and took care of all of the issues. The Office staff is amazing did not fill rushed took their time to explain everything to me and made my move in smooth. The apartments are amazing and location was perfect would recommend Omnia on 8th to everyone.

One of the quietest apartment complexes I've ever lived in, most of the bad reviews here are about the old management(foxfire), it is now under new management (omnia), who are very concerned with running the complex much better, the maintenance staff is excellent, my air conditioner was fixed perfectly within an hour of me reporting it, and are available at all hours of the night for emergencies, truly best maintenance people I've ever experienced, the office staff is also very nice as well as being highly proficient.

Great place to live, now that we have new management. The property is much cleaner. Maintenance is 100 times better. The ladies in the office are always friendly when I come to pay rent or pick up a package.

I work at a nearby apartment complex and recently worked with the Ericka, the Manager at Foxfire to help resolve an issue for a mutual customer. I work with leasing offices all over the country and I have to say, I have never had a Community Manager be so helpful. The process we dealt with took 2-3 weeks and Ericka followed up via phone, fax, and email (when she really didn't have to do any of it, since there was no benefit for her end)!! If she did this for us as a competitor, I'm sure she is even better to her own customers! It was my pleasure to do business with this property!

Have lived here for the past 6 months and it's the best place ever! The apartments are clean and we haven't had any bedbugs or roaches so far. The management (previously Matt and now Megan) is awesome; any kind of maintenance work is looked after immediately once it's reported. The place is quiet and laid-back, the location is really good and well-connected; there's a light rail station down the street, Orbit and Valley Metro bus stops right outside the apartment.
