Move-in was great! Kaylah (leasing staff) was amazing. Mr. Wise (leasing staff) has been great. He knows most tenants by name. Anytime I have a question, he Definitely has the answer or a solution! It nice to have a staff that is understanding and care about your experience!

Cost saving apartments with small community. One swimming pool. One play ground. Lots of garbage area. Lot of parking area per lots. Lease office is clean and provide nice service. Small fitness room. Ok-ish to stay in short stay.

Had amazing experience applying and leasing a unit at this apartment location. I had the pleasure to work directly with the community manager Jessica Wright. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She made everything so easy and simple to understand. Super nice lady. Laron was a great help as well. Showing me around the community. Overall my best experience when leasing a place to live.

I had the best experience ever when applying with Emerson square. Larohn was very professional and had great communication skills during the application process and got it done fast.. The apartment are quiet and very nice looking. My 2 bedroom and 2 bath is very spacious and everything is new in there! Jessica the apartment manager was freaking awesome after I got the key she came and made sure the apartment will work for me and my children. This has been the best experience out of all the apartments I have ever applied for and lived in.

At first this place was rough because they kept getting new management all the time but ever since they got Ebia Rivera in the office it’s been a dream so refreshing to meet someone who wants to actually help people she literally made me cry with her generosity and I’ll never forget her kindness … this woman deserves to be promoted !!!!! I love this place. The apartments are cozy and comfortable to live in, the community is gated and secure, and the fact that there is a bus station right outside is just a cherry on the top. Omnia on the 8th is in a prime location, it is close to the university, the best fast food places and a park. Talking about the management team, they are very helpful. I would like to specially mention Emily and Mercedes who make sure that all queries are solved quickly and as efficiently as possible, not to forget Johnny and Cecile who are ready to work overtime and do maintenance to make sure that the residents are comfortable.

The day we connected with Vivian to complete the lease agreement for my son's apartment, she was nothing less than professional. The rental office was very clean and we were truly impressed with the complex.

I am new to town and new to apartment renting. I am having so much trouble finding any apartments that has friendly staff that wants to take time to answer my questions. most of the people in the offices had been very grumpy and didnt want to answer my questions, I have many. The people here are very helpful and didn't seem bothered by my many questions. I did not feel rushed out the door.

We absolutely love Charity. We had an issue (our fault) with our move in date and she did everything she could to get us settled. Additionally we had a bug problem when we first moved in due to older tenants, but she immediatley got us scheduled for pest control and took care of all of the issues. The apt is a great set up and great price.

I love living here! The staff if great, Andrea and Anita are both super friendly ever time I visit the office. They have also hosted several events for us to go to with really good, yummy street tacos. the most recent party had a band and was a ton of fun to enjoy. I will defiantly be looking forward to resigning my lease when it comes time.

One of the quietest apartment complexes I've ever lived in, most of the bad reviews here are about the old management(foxfire), it is now under new management (omnia), who are very concerned with running the complex much better, the maintenance staff is excellent, my air conditioner was fixed perfectly within an hour of me reporting it, and are available at all hours of the night for emergencies, truly best maintenance people I've ever experienced, the office staff is also very nice as well as being highly proficient.

I work at a nearby apartment complex and recently worked with the Ericka, the Manager at Foxfire to help resolve an issue for a mutual customer. I work with leasing offices all over the country and I have to say, I have never had a Community Manager be so helpful. The process we dealt with took 2-3 weeks and Ericka followed up via phone, fax, and email (when she really didn't have to do any of it, since there was no benefit for her end)!! If she did this for us as a competitor, I'm sure she is even better to her own customers! It was my pleasure to do business with this property!

Have lived here for the past 6 months and it's the best place ever! The apartments are clean and we haven't had any bedbugs or roaches so far. The management (previously Matt and now Megan) is awesome; any kind of maintenance work is looked after immediately once it's reported. The place is quiet and laid-back, the location is really good and well-connected; there's a light rail station down the street, Orbit and Valley Metro bus stops right outside the apartment.
