Awesome place, lived here 2 years for school and the landlord Charity was great. Helped me with everything and never a question if something was going to be helped or fixed.

We had an issue (our fault) with our move in date and she did everything she could to get us settled. Additionally we had a bug problem when we first moved in due to older tenants, but she immediatley got us scheduled for pest control and took care of all of the issues.
The apt is a great set up and great price.

Great place to live. I got evicted but at my own fault and staff was always professional and kind. I highly recommend this environment to live and raise children. Everyone is enjoyable, quiet, and caring. It's not hard to find good people on Omnia on 8th Street.
