We have been here for several years and the shower/tub was in dire need of resurfacing. We had mentioned it was an issue but didn't push the seriousness enough to them. After I went in and told them it was a health concern the maintenance man was there within an hour to take photos. We had a 3rd party scheduled to come within 2 weeks, which is a very fast time frame, they likely paid a bit extra for the quick service. The shower is resurfaced and the company did an amazing job. I think anyone who has maintenance issues with them isnt being vigilant enough about the true condition of the work needed. Once they knew it was a legit issue they were fixing in an incredibly quick time frame. We are very happy with how they keep the outside of the complex and if you need inside repairs then it is easy if you just work with them. I found out that on a few occasions someone had stopped by to inspect our previous complaints but nobody had answered the door. I am very satisfied with how they got things back to new. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who isn't handy enough to make those simple repairs or able to change out their own air conditioning filters. The maintenance staff is very friendly when it comes to doing even basic repairs that most would consider something the tenant can knock out themselves in a few minutes. A+ customer service.
